Challenge
Develop packaging for both shipped and local delivery products. Individual packaging held both USDA regulatory requirements as well as two variations of packaging design. Boxes and exterior packaging needed to feel premium and remain largely brand agnostic so as to maximize uses across platform tenants (i.e. multiple brands using the same base packaging of both meals and boxes).
Solutions
Using a limited pallet and additional touch-points (sticker-ing) during the pack-out phases of the delivery schedules, we created low-cost, high efficiency packaging that met both our internal and external needs.
