Mealogic Brand Design
Challenge
Create a new brand identity to be used for marketing and sales purposes. This brand should represent the proprietary operations and technologies of a legacy prepared meal delivery service and speak as a subject matter expert.
Process
Create a competitive analysis of other brands speaking to a similar audience
Document the general web experience to understand similarities in the visual language of these north-star brands
Develop mood-boards and word lists associated with the vision of how the brand should speak to target audiences
Sketch out ideas for logo marks based on this research
Bring sketches into Figma/Illustrator to begin refinement
Identify color palettes that both fit into and challenge conventional designs already in the space
Develop a deck to share out concepts around voice/tone, visual directions and 3-5 logo marks with stakeholders
Document stakeholder feedback and refine concepts
Re-share brand selections along with typography parings, colors, and iconography
Finalize project deliverables and stand up social media profiles and a landing page
